• The herd discount is a volume discount when purchased at one single time in one single transaction.
• There will be no retroactive discounting.
• Once memberships are purchased, all sales are final.
• All memberships purchased together expire together 365 days from date of purchase.
• These are individual memberships and are nontransferable to another person.
• The herd discount cannot be combined with any other promo code or sale.
• Any combination of membership levels can be added to the cart and count towards the herd discount EXCEPT a 1 year old membership.
• A 1 year old membership will not count towards the total quantity of memberships to receive the herd discount.

Upon purchase, guests agree to the following membership terms and conditions:

• Memberships are individual.
• Memberships expire 365 days from date of purchase.
• Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be shared.
• Once memberships are purchased, all sales are final.
• After purchase, memberships are not valid until they have been assigned to one person and have a saved photo.
• Photos are required to be taken for each member. When taking a photo, ensure your face is clear and visible. Photo should be a headshot of only one person. No hats, sunglasses, masks, or any other obstructions that may obscure your face. No inappropriate images.
• Photos in violation of the guidelines above will be retaken at the zoo.
• Memberships are not valid with field trip groups and/or discounted groups.
• Digital membership QR codes (or physical cards) MUST be presented to enter the zoo at every visit. Gold/GoldX Members MUST present QR codes (or physical cards) at every ride.
• Physical cards are $5.00 per person.
• Silver Members receive a 5% discount on gift shop and café purchases and Gold/GoldX Members receive a 10% discount.
• Discount applies to gift shop and café purchases only. (Animal food, sale items, admission tickets, ride tickets, gift cards, and custom artwork excluded.)
• All members (except 1 year old members) receive a voucher code for 2 discounts on Treetop Zoofari (20% off) or Summer Safari camp (10% off). These voucher codes are sent in email to the purchaser of the memberships. Voucher codes expire same date as membership.
• GoldX members receive 5 discounted daily tickets for friends. These tickets are $10 each with a voucher code and do not include rides. Voucher code is sent in email to the purchaser of the membership. Voucher codes expire same date as membership.
• The 1 year old membership is already discounted and cannot be purchased with any discount or promo code nor does it include voucher codes. It can be purchased at any time before the child turns 2.
• All memberships are valid for entry into the zoo during normal operating hours (excluding special events) from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Saturday year-round. The zoo is CLOSED on Sundays.
